In the Silent saturday night.

Saturday again, to be honest,
i'm sick of saturday night already...
staying in my room, turning on the table light,
i can heard the traffic light's sound,
the car passed by and everthing outside the road,
i've watched almost 13 episode of Hk drama today....
i've spend 2 and half day to watched 30 episode...
everyone said, the movies was great and excited.
But,i watched all of those movies without spirit..
i just keep playing the DVD only....
the more i watch,i felt lonely and bored...
and feel the silent as usual, lonely as usual...
actually,i hate myself sometime,
i hate myself not being tough and indepentent,
i wish i would never rely on anyone...

It is nice writing and Very sensitive violet. I think you are a little homesick and....
i understand you but,
Take it easy. If you think good and be happy in your life. You can do anything as you wish,Don't worry...be HAPPY!!!

I read something from a web log, I think maybe it was interesting for you
How many of us remember those words from the famous song? Although the message of the lyrics may be slightly different from what I will share here, the target is the same. What is happiness anyway?

Is it possible to be happy in the midst of pain? Is it possible to feel happiness when sorrow and loss are present? My conviction is YES! Happiness is more than just a transient feeling or a mood; it is the pursuing of our life, the process of becoming each and every moment what our SEED of GROWTH is to become.

However, I have found a lot of people focused on what they do not have, on what other people have done upon them, on not having luck in life, on not feeling how valuable they are, and so on. If we FOCUS on what's missing, we will not only be unhappy, but we will be miserable! And this mood will certainly become detrimental in your life, robbing your passion, your commitment, and the joy of life. We lost our creative thrust when we are looking for what's missing rather than enjoying our path in life, and pursuing new roads and adventures. Yes, acknowledge that there are sad times, difficult times, but the difference will be where you focus on.

It is OK to desire different things: maybe a new career path, a refreshing relationship, some financial stability, greater depths in our spiritual life. The secret is to enjoy your PRESENT while at the same time continuing your path, your learning, your life. (And by the way, the book THE PRESENT portrays some of these ideas in a beautiful way; if you have a chance , read it).

Right here and now, close your eyes and think of things, persons, experiences that make you feel happy. FEEL your body, your soul. What comes to your mind, how your body chemistry changes? It has been proven that we can change our feelings at will...you read right, at will.

So, it is your decision HOW you feel at any moment. That life includes certain "accidents" and experiences that are not exactly what we want? Yes, it is true. But it comes in a package with a lot of other beautiful experiences: opportunities to know ourselves better, to get to know wonderful people, to dream and, in many ways, to ENJOY life. Choose your focus.

So my suggestion to you is that given a choice, choose to be happy. No matter what, choose to be happy. Even in the midst of a crisis, choose to be happy.

Be happy! You will attract more energy from within, will be like a magnet to others, attract more energy to your life, attract what you want for your life. You will live longer, and healthier, and will find... what happiness really is!
